Okay, so here's what's awesome about Keto Bars: they are keto-friendly AND vegan. Yes, it is possible!

Creator Jon Hart started making them when he was struggling to find off the shelf products that were high fat – low carb and was tired of products that tasted like chemicals! So he went on a mission to create one himself. Years later, we finally have Keto Bars!

Keto Bars are made with quality ingredients and you could definitely tell by your first bite. These are so yummy! They currently have two flavors – Chocolate Peanut Butter (their most popular one and such a dream combo) and Dark Chocolate Coconut. They are not overly sweet but has a lot of flavor and definitely satisfied our sweet cravings. These are healthy, high in fat, and low carb – 3g net!

Keto and Co Keto Brownie Mix

Yes, we actually had to make these ourselves but as they say, you need to work for the things worth having. 😉

These keto brownies were a delicious indulgence and you won't believe this: they come up to be just 1.3g of Net Carbs per 100 calories! Yes, we're serious. They are very easy to prepare and are made from coconut and almond flour, with some psyllium husk for that extra fiber.

We loved its chocolatey goodness and if you want to make it the way we did, add 2-3 tablespoons of butter to make it more fudgy (but don't forget to add the butter to the brownie macros!).

Definitely satisfies our brownie cravings in a keto-friendly way! Each pack makes 9 servings and only costs $11.49! We think it's a steal.

 


OUR FINAL THOUGHTS

We do recognize (as we have experienced this ourselves!) that in following a Ketogenic diet, you will still experience sweet cravings once in a while. And we think it's fine to give in to those cravings but make sure you still exercise some control. That's why we call these Keto Snacks as TREATS – you can make these as your reward but we don't recommend eating them every single day as it might be too much and your body may think you're consuming sugar… which might raise your blood sugar levels! So, do consume these keto-friendly snacks occasionally, otherwise your cravings may not go away and this might stall your progress!
